Statement

Creating this piece titled "Line, Form, Shadow" has allowed me the opportunity to continue my form exploration at a larger scale. The piece is built by pulling wire cable through a series of complex jigs. As the wires are tensioned, a frame is created which can describe complex, compound curves and planes. The form is sheathed in translucent material, in this case, architect's yellow trace.
